Identify, train and motivate selected residents in preparation for community service through voluntary leadership activities.

Applicants and participants in Leadership Midwest City. Applicants and participants in Youth Excel.
Regular meetings of Leadership, Inc. and one successful candidate for Leadership Oklahoma.

Promote efforts to retain and expand military operations at Tinker Airforce Base.
